Ghibli Celebration Girls rough

The girl's companion piece to this.

Sheeta's grown up quite a bit and she's marrying Pazu! Her fellow heroines from other Ghiblis are helping out.

At the door is Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service, with the bouquet (er, I promise it'll actually look like flowers when it's inked ). On the floor attaching roses to the dress is Sen from Spirited Away... she looks like midget, whoops. I'll have to fix that. Tying the ribbon to Sheeta's wrist is Sophie from Howl's Moving Castle. The one attaching flowers to Sheeta's hairband is San from Mononoke Hime, and the one doing Sheeta's hair is Nausicaa from Nausicaa Valley of the Wind. And of course, the bride and the one sitting down and being tended to is Sheeta from Laputa Castle in the Sky.

There's still quite a bit to fix, but so far I'm pretty pleased with how this may turn out. Of course blue pencils always exude a different atmosphere to the actual inks that come up, so I'm hoping that whatever happens I retain a bit of the Ghibli love I felt while drawing this.
